En agosto del 2018 se celebró el Congreso Internacional de Todos los Saberes, en la Universidad Católica de Manizales, evento que buscó acercar a los asistentes a nuevos horizontes investigativos desde lo que es el pensamiento complejo y su aporte a la educación. Así mismo, el Congreso fue el escenario para el lanzamiento para Latinoamérica del libro Investigar desde el pensamiento complejo, tratado que unifica una serie de artículos sobre cómo y por qué investigar desde esta vertiente. En el presente texto se realiza un comentario de este escrito conjugando las posiciones que los autores han querido brindar a los lectores, con el fin de enriquecer el quehacer investigativo de carácter complejo. Asimismo, el libro hace un recorrido por investigaciones realizadas desde el budismo y sus procesos cognitivos, hasta llegar a las capacidades que brinda el pensamiento complejo para entender la realidad social y sus problemáticas. Son indagaciones que permiten entender pensamientos filosóficos, educativos, religiosos, ocio, familia, etc., donde se refleja la complejidad, en el cual se ve mucho más de lo que la realidad muestra en superficialmente. Mediante un lenguaje claro y oportuno, además de la riqueza investigativa expuesta en el libro, el mensaje sobre el pensamiento complejo es de fácil entendimiento y comprensión para todo tipo de lector.

In August 2018, the All Knowledge International Congress was held at the Catholic University of Manizales. This event aimed to introduce attendants to new research horizons in which the meaning of complex thinking and its contribution to education were involved. In the same way, this Congress was the scenario for the launching of the book Research from the complex thinking in Latin-America, which is an agreement that consolidates a series of articles on the know-how and why to perform research from this dimension. This text intends to comment on this book by combining the different positions authors have intended to provide to their readers, with the purpose of enriching the complex character of research endeavors. In addition to this, this book runs through research performed from the Buddhism and its cognitive processes, and arrives to the capacities given by the complex thinking in order to understand the social reality and its problem areas. These inquiries allow the understanding on philosophical, educational, religious, leisure, family reasoning, where the complexity is reflected and allows seeing more than what is shown in reality. Through a clear and proper language, besides de investigative richness presented in the book, the message on complex thinking is easy to understand and comprehend by all kinds of readers.
