El presente trabajo trata de analizar, desde el punto de vista retórico, la novela escrita por Enrique Vi la-Matas y traducida al rumano por lleana Scipione, La asesina ilustrada. Trataremos de investigar si las partes del discurso retórico han sido mantenidas en la traducción, es decir, si el esquema de las partes del discurso, la intellectio, la inventio, la dispositio y la elocutio han sido armoniosamente transpuestas al rumano. Además, trataremos de encontrar las similitudes, los puntos fuertes y débiles de la traducción.

This research tries to analyze, from the rhetorical point of view, the novel written by Enrique Vila-Matas and translated into Romanian by lleana Scipione, La asesina ilustrada. We will try to investigate if the parts of the rhetorical discourse have been maintained in the translation, if la intellectio, the inventio, la inventio, la dispositio and la elocutio have been harmoniously transposed into Romanian. In addition, we will try to find the similarities, the strengths and the weaknesses of the translation.
