  Paciente de 89 años consciente, orientada y colaboradora que acude a urgencias en ambulancia de soporte vital básico desde residencia por disnea y fiebre de hasta cuarenta grados centígrados. Se aprecia disnea de mínimo esfuerzo, taquipnea y sudoración tras toma de antipiréticos. Refiere no poder respirar normalmente desde hace tres días, dolor en el costado y malestar general. Acusa también que este malestar le impide realizar la ingesta y que lleva días sin poder hacer vida normal. Sin alergias conocidas hasta la fecha. Todas vacunas en regla incluyendo las tres vacunas de la Covid19 y vacuna de la gripe.
