    El presente trabajo plantea una tesis diferente sobre la condición social de la justicia; se sustenta a través de la caracterización de los personajes del cuento “Muro noroeste”, narrado en primera persona por el protagonista. El análisis del cuento está enfocado en la contraposición del personaje bóvido y el personaje araña; dos sujetos antitéticos que son colocados en un mismo espacio y simbolizan, el primero la fuerza y la superioridad; mientras que el segundo, la inferioridad. El texto tiene el propósito de demostrar el diseño reduccionista de justicia que existe, donde no se respeta la vida de los seres indefensos.

    This paper presents a different thesis on the social condition of justice. It is sustained through the characterization of the characters of the story “Northwestern wall”, narrated in first person by the protagonist. The analysis of the story is focused on the contraposition of the bovid character and the spider character; two antithetical sub-jects that are placed in the same space and symbolize, the first the force and superiority; whereas the second, inferiority. The text has the purpose of demonstrating the reduc-tionist design of justice that exists, where life of defenseless beings is not respected.
