    ¿Cómo la lectura del filósofo chileno Jorge Eduardo Rivera ilumina los puntos que Zubiri había vislumbrado en Heidegger? En lo que sigue abordaré esta cuestión mediante seis breves comentarios en torno a un relato de experiencia mística narrado por Rivera, con el fin de mostrar que, si antaño el lenguaje principalmente tomista y/o escolástico permitía comprender la experiencia de los místicos, hoy las terminologías zubiriana y heideggeriana nos ofrecen una rica vertiente de conceptos que pueden servir, en parte, para comprender, en cierta medida y dentro de ciertos límites, la experiencia mística o el “evento místico”.

    How does the reading of the Chilean philosopher Jorge Eduardo Rivera illuminate the points that Zubiri had glimpsed in Heidegger? In what follows I will address this question through six brief comments on a story of mystical experience narrated by Rivera, in order to show that, if in the past the mainly Thomistic and/or scholastic language allowed us to understand the experience of the mystics, today the Zubirian and Heideggerian terminologies offer us a rich array of concepts that can serve, in part, to understand, to a certain extent and within certain limits, the mystical experience or the “mystical event”.
