Resumen de Direitos sociais em perspectiva: os desafios do ensino superior no contexto do “bolsonarismo”

  In the sequence of the advances made after 1985, the rise of bolsonarism marks another moment of reflux of Human Rights (HHRR). So, this article advances on a specific field: the incidence of bolsonarism in higher education, seen as an expression of second-generation HHRR. Based on a qualitative methodology, it hypothetically establishes that, if bolsonarism corresponds to a neoconservative, often fascist worldview, then the policies of the Jair Bolsonaro government for Higher Education will necessarily be restrictive, attacking historical achievements, disarticulating legal-institutional bases and seeking to change the modus operandi of this educational segment. About its results, it is demonstrated that bolsonarism ghjklazes has attacked the right to access to Higher Education both in its principle and in its effectiveness.

  Na sequência dos avanços consignados após 1985, a ascensão do bolsonarismo marca mais um refluxo dos Direitos Humanos (DDHH). Assim, o presente artigo avança sobre um campo específico: a incidência do bolsonarismo sobre o Ensino Superior, visto como expressão dos DDHH de segunda geração. A partir de uma metodologia qualitativa, estabelece hipoteticamente que, se o bolsonarismo corresponde a uma cosmovisão neoconservadora, frequentemente fascista, então as políticas do governo Jair Bolsonaro para o Ensino Superior serão necessariamente restritivas, atacando conquistas históricas, desarticulando bases jurídico-institucionais e buscando alterar o modus operandi deste segmento educacional. No que tange aos seus resultados, demonstra-se que o bolsonarismo, tem atacado o direito ao acesso ao Ensino Superior tanto em sua dimensão principiológica quanto em sua efetivação.
