    Los reglamentos en la propiedad horizontal chilena han suscitado diferentes controversias. Una de ellas ha sido la procedencia del recurso de protección contra reglas prohibitivas de la tenencia de animales. Aunque la Corte Suprema ha interpretado la improcedencia de dicha acción, la sentencia aquí comentada ilustra una perspectiva distinta.

    The co-ownership regulations in Chilean horizontal property have raised different controversies. One of them has been the possibility to make a petition for a writ of protection against regulations that ban animal ownership. Although the Supreme Court has rejected this writ, the case commented on here shows another perspective.
