Técnicas participativas de orientación educativa. Propuesta para favorecer el crecimiento personal desde la función orientadora del profesor

    La Orientación Educativa constituye una función profesional del profesor, que le posibilita cumplir con las tareas básicas de la profesión, sobre la base de la unidad dialéctica educación-instrucción en todos los contextos de actuación profesional. Orientar al maestro primario en formación inicial de las escuelas pedagógicas hacia el crecimiento personal, responde a la línea de investigación, la orientación educativa en diferentes áreas y contextos formativos, del proyecto atención de calidad a niños, adolescentes y jóvenes, adscrito a la Universidad de Las Tunas, Cuba.Se aborda una propuesta de técnicas participativas de orientación educativa para el crecimiento personal, a partir de que el diagnóstico inicial revelóla carencia de recursos en el maestro primario en formación inicial, que le propiciara un enriquecimiento de los contenidos psicológicos, una mejor relación consigo mismo, interrelación positiva con los otros y relación activa con el medio, para lograr un crecimiento personal. Estas técnicas participativas de orientación educativa de carácter dinámico, productivo, reflexivo y vivencial, constituyen una herramienta para la orientación educativa en el proceso de formación inicial, en tanto le brindan a este maestro primario en formación inicial, seguridad en sus decisiones, autoconfianza, autoaceptación, autoestima, carácter activo en la solución de conflictos y el poder trazarse metas futuras para favorecer su crecimiento personal.

    PARTICIPATORY TECHNIQUES OF EDUCATIONAL ORIENTATION. PROPOSAL TO FAVOR THE PERSONAL GROWTH FROM THE PROFESSOR'S GUIDING SHOW ABSTRACT The Educational Orientation constitutes a professional show of the professor, that makes it possible to fulfill it the basic tasks of the profession, on the dialectic unit's base education instruction in all of the contexts of professional acting. Guiding to the primary teacher in initial formation of the pedagogic schools toward the personal growth, it responds to the line of investigation: The educational orientation in different areas and formative contexts, of the project attention of quality to children, teens and young people, ascribed to the University of the Prickly Pears, Cuba. A proposal of participatory techniques of educational orientation for the personal growth is discussed, as from that the initial diagnosis revealed the scarcity of resources in the primary teacher in initial formation, that propitiate an enrichment of the psychological contents, a better relation for him with oneself, positive interrelation with the other ones and active relation with the midway, to achieve a personal growth. These participatory techniques of educational orientation of expeditious, productive character, reflexive and acquired through experience in life, they constitute a tool for the educational orientation in the process of initial formation, in the meantime they offer this primary teacher in initial formation, certainty in his decisions, self-confidence, auto-approval, self-esteem, active character in the solution of conflicts and could have drawn future goals to favor his personal growth.
