    La presente indagación tiene como meta primordial diseñar talleres pedagógicos para los maestros/as como punto para el mejoramiento de la excelencia y la calidad educativa del alumnado de los 8vo, 9no y 10mo año de educación general básica superior de la unidad educativa particular Ing. Vicente Hurtado Polit de Bahía de Caráquez. Se implementaron los talleres con éxitos en los cuales gracias a esta investigación se logró actualizar los vacíos y los conocimientos sobre proyectos académicos a los maestros/as y esto a su vez le dieron las respectivas indicaciones a sus educandos, la información se obtuvo mediante el uso de técnicas como entrevistas y encuestas realizadas a los directivos (1) docentes (6) y estudiantes (35) de la entidad escolar además se logró obtener lo necesario para establecer los puntos de partida de los diferentes talleres pedagógicos que se les brindo así de a poco cumpliendo con las metas y objetivos planteadas dentro de la tesina, lo consecuente de que también se implementó un debate dentro del taller el cual dejo como conclusión que los proyectos escolares son necesarios para sostener la vida académica de la institución y para aumentar el prestigio de la misma en la sociedad por sobre todo brindando grandes a aportes a la provincia y al país, es necesario establecer todas las problemáticas y ubicarlas de mayor a menor empezando a planificar desde las más pequeñas dejando para el final las más grandes, los proyectos escolares son la oportunidad de llegar más rápido a la excelencia y calidad de nuestros estudiantes.

    THE SCHOOL PROJECTS IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF THE HIGHER BASIC GENERAL EDUCATION OF THE PARTICULAR EDUCATIONAL UNIT ING. VICENTE HURTADO POLIT DE BAHÍA DE CARÁQUEZ ABSTRACT The main goal of this research is to design pedagogical workshops for teachers as a point for the improvement of the excellence and the educational quality of the students of the 8th, 9th and 10th years of general basic education of the particular educational unit Ing. Vicente Hurtado Polit from Bahía de Caráquez. Successful workshops were implemented in which, thanks to this research, the gaps and the knowledge about academic projects were updated to the teachers and this in turn gave the respective indications to their students, the information was obtained through the use of techniques such as interviews and surveys carried out to the managers (1) teachers (6) and students (35) of the school entity, it was also possible to obtain what was necessary to establish the starting points of the different pedagogical workshops that were given to them little by meeting the goals and objectives set out in the thesis, the consequent that a debate was also implemented within the workshop which concluded that school projects are necessary to sustain the academic life of the institution and to increase the prestige of the same in society, above all by providing large contributions to the province and the country, it is necessary to establish s the problems and locate them from highest to lowest beginning to plan from the smallest leaving to the end the largest, school projects are the opportunity to get faster to the excellence and quality of our students..
