Resumen de La superación profesional desde una perspectiva transdisciplinaria

  La necesidad de asimilar, comprender e insertarnos en la dinámica de los complejos procesos de transformaciones, reajustes e impactos, que están ejerciendo los cambios propios de la globalización en el orden socioeconómico y tecnológico, le plantean a la educación superior cubana nuevos desafíos para garantizar una mejor calidad en la educación y dar solución a los problemas y demandas que se generen en el país. Para ello, se hace necesario que los docentes alcancen un nivel de desarrollo profesional que les permita integrar al universo de conocimiento, los más avanzados descubrimientos de las diferentes áreas del saber lo transfieran y adecuen endógenamente a las particularidades de cada contexto. Por tanto, se incita de inmediato a realizar la insoslayable salvedad del “necesario e impostergable paso de la inter a la transdisciplina”, que ya están exigiendo cada vez más los procesos de superación en el país. Considerar esta forma disciplinaria de organización del conocimiento brinda una perspectiva de mayor integración y generalidad para comprender y transformar la realidad académica cubana actual, así como, para que se ajusten al cambio, se desarrollen en medio de la incertidumbre y puedan “cumplir su encargo social”, se auto transformen y provoquen el cambio deseado garantizando así la construcción del futuro. En esencia, en el trabajo se persigue como objetivo mostrar el valor teórico y metodológico de la perspectiva transdisciplinaria en el proceso de superación profesional.

  The professional excelling from the transdisciplinary perspective ABSTRACT The necessity to assimilate, to understand and to insert us in the dynamics of the complex processes of transformations, readjustments and impacts that are exercising the changes characteristic of the globalization in the socioeconomic and technological order, outlines to the Cuban higher education new challenges to guarantee a better quality in the education and to give solution to the problems and demands that it generates the country. For it, it becomes necessary that the educational ones reach a level of development professional that allows them to integrate to the universe of knowledge, the most advanced discoveries in the different areas of the knowledge, they transfer it and adapt endogenously to the particularities of each context. Therefore, it is incited immediately to carry out the unavoidable exception of the "necessary and inevitable step of the interdisciplinary to the transdisciplinary" that are already demanding more and more the separation processes in the country. To consider this disciplinary form of organization of the knowledge offers a perspective of more integration and generality to understand and to transform the current Cuban academic reality, as well as that they are adjusted to the change, they are developed among the uncertainty and they can "to complete their social responsibility", self-transform and cause the wanted change guaranteeing this way the construction of the future. In essence, in the work it is pursued as objective to show the theoretical and methodological value of the transdisciplinary perspective in the process of professional excelling.
