Resumen de Seguridad de la información para el departamento informático de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí en el año 2021

  Las políticas de seguridad de la información basadas en la norma ISO 27002 para el departamento de sistemas informáticos de la Universidad Estatal de South Manabí tienen como objetivo asegurar la fidelidad de la información institucional que salvaguarda el departamento de sistemas informáticos. Para cumplir con cada etapa del proyecto se definieron diversos objetivos que permitieron conocer, identificar y establecer puntos importantes dentro de la investigación que ayudaron al desarrollo de políticas, de igual manera se desarrollaron las diferentes políticas de seguridad de acuerdo a lo que la versión ISO 27002 La norma 2013, que se detalló en la base teórica, también hizo uso de diferentes metodologías y técnicas cualitativas-cuantitativas que facilitaron la recolección de información ya que se realizó a través de una entrevista dirigida al jefe del departamento de sistemas de TI. La investigación finaliza con el desarrollo de la propuesta que tiene como objetivo desarrollar Políticas de Seguridad de la Información utilizando la Norma ISO 27002 para fortalecer la seguridad del Departamento de Sistemas de Información de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí.

  The information security policies based on the ISO 27002 standard for the computer system department of the South Manabí State University aims to ensure the fidelity of the institutional information that the computer system department safeguards. To comply with each stage of the project, various objectives were defined which allowed to know, identify and establish important points within the investigation which helped the development of policies, in the same way the different security policies were developed according to what the ISO 27002 version 2013 standard, which was detailed in the theoretical basis, also made use of different qualitative-quantitative methodologies and techniques that facilitated the collection of information since it was carried out through an interview directed to the head of the IT systems department. The research ends with the development of the proposal which aims to develop Information Security Policies using the ISO 27002 Standard to strengthen the security of the Department of Information Systems of the State University of the South of Manabí.
