El siguiente estudio de investigación “Profesores y calidad de la enseñanza en el aula” persigue explorar la idea de enseñanza de calidad y su proyección en el aula teniendo en cuenta la perspectiva del profesorado. Nuestro interés descriptivo está centrado en tres dimensiones (identificación y justificación, planificación y evaluación, y desarrollo y condiciones) con el fin de tener una imagen comprehensiva del objeto de estudio, “buenas prácticas de enseñanza”. Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, de corte transversal y, por lo tanto, cualitativo, sobre seis casos pertenecientes a las diferentes etapas educativas obligatorias. El análisis e interpretación de los resultados de dicho estudio obtenidos mediante entrevistas semi-estructuradas, observaciones y grabaciones de audio describen ocho formas de enseñar consideradas como buenas prácticas por el tipo de formato que tienen; por el impacto que ejerce en el alumnado; por la interrelación que se da entre el alumnado con ellas, por su carácter; por los roles que desempeñan ambos agentes; y por formas de enseñar de corta duración llevadas a cabo en momentos puntuales

The following research study "Teachers and teaching quality in the classroom" seeksto explore the idea of quality education and its projection in the classroom taking intoaccount the perspective of teachers. Our descriptive interest is centered in threedimensions (identification and justification, planning and evaluation, and developmentconditions) in order to have a comprehensive picture of the object of study, "goodteaching practices". This is a descriptive study, cross-sectional and, therefore,qualitative, about six cases belonging to different stages of education compulsory.The analysis and interpretation of the results of this study obtained by semi -structured interviews, observations and audio recordings described eight forms ofteaching considered good practice for the type of format you have, for the impact ithas on the students, by the interrelationship that exists between the students withthem, by their nature, for the roles of both agents, and ways to teach shortundertaken at times
