    El objetivo principal de este trabajo, tras una breve referencia a los antecedentes legales que llevan a la Directiva sobre acciones colectivas y de su contenido, es el análisis del modelo de representación propuesto y que el legislador español tendrá que tomar en consideración; modelo que se analiza desde la perspectiva de la garantía fundamental del acceso a la justicia y del derecho a la tutela judicial efectiva.

    The main objective of this pages, after a brief reference to the legal background leading to the Proposal for a Directive on collective redress and its content, is the analysis of the proposed representation model, which shall be taken into consideration by Spanish legislator; model that is analyzed from the perspective of the fundamental guarantee of access to justice and the right to effective judicial protection.
