el objetivo principal de este artículo tiene como eje fundamental la necesidad de dar a conocer los medios y mecanismos que tiene en funcionamiento la Unión Europea para ayudar al desarrollo y estabilización de los diferentes países de África. Del mismo modo, analizando la evolución histórica de estos proyectos, desde los primeros tras la creación de la Comunidad Económica Europea hasta la actualidad, se intentará dar una visión global de los principales avances que se han producido en las relaciones Unión Europea-África y las significativas deficiencias con las que aún cuentan esos planes y que deben ser resueltas.

the main objective of this article is based on the need to publicise the means and mechanisms that the European Union has in place to help the development and stabilisation of the various African countries. In the same way, analysing the historical evolution of these projects, from the first steps after the creation of the European Economic Community to the present day, an attempt will be made to give an overall view of the main advances that have taken place in European Union-Africa relations and the significant deficiencies that these plans still have and that must be resolved.
