Resumen de Inciertas perspectivas. Comienzo de la historia
The world faces nowadays a scenario of great complexity, creating the need for brave new decisions to try to lead us to a safe port. Modestly, the following paper tries to describe the present situation, related mainly to the problems with the energy sources, their logistics, as well as the reflexión in the seaborne trade and the shipbuilding industry. Europe is now the weakest link in the energy supply chain. In a second part, there is a first part of the history of the reasons why the european shipbuilding industry has arrived to its curry state of prostration.
