Resumen de Engajamento em foco: uma análise do conteúdo conversacional de famílias em visita ao aquário Jacques Huber (Belém)

  In this study with a quanti-qualitative approach, we analyzed the conversational content of 13 families during a spontaneous visit to the Jacques Huber Aquarium, in Belém, in order to understand how family members, engage with the exhibition. For data collection, we used a subjective camera that made the audiovisual records, which were analyzed through the coding of the conversations between the members of the families. Our results provide evidences that the exhibition aroused the interest of the families, who shared information about the animals during the visit. In general, the parents addressed the children's attention to the animals and raised questions that evoked their curiosity. The children actively participated in conversations with parents and explainers by searching for answers, reading panels and sharing their knowledge. The engagement of the families took place at the cognitive, behavioral and emotional levels, facilitated by the encounter of the contexts of the visitors and the aquarium, which gave rise to significant conversations and the co-construction of meaning.

  Neste estudo de abordagem quanti-qualitativa, analisamos o conteúdo conversacional de 13 famílias durante visita espontânea ao Aquário Jacques Huber, em Belém, com o objetivo de compreender como os membros das famílias se engajam com a exposição. Para a coleta de dados, utilizamos uma câmera subjetiva que fez os registros audiovisuais, que posteriormente foram analisados por meio da codificação das conversas entre os membros das famílias. Nossos resultados trazem evidências de que a exposição suscitou o interesse das famílias, que compartilharam informações sobre os animais ao longo da visitação. Em geral, os genitores direcionaram a atenção das crianças para os animais e fizeram perguntas que aguçaram sua curiosidade. As crianças participaram ativamente das conversas com os pais e mediadores, buscando respostas para as questões levantadas, lendo painéis e compartilhando seus conhecimentos. O engajamento das famílias se deu nos níveis cognitivo, comportamental e emocional, facilitado pelo encontro dos contextos dos visitantes e do aquário, que suscitou conversas significativas e a coconstrução de significado.
