    The activities proposed in this issue are organized around three themes: political inclusion, specially of young people in search of their national identity; the belief in a possible digital exclusion; and, eventually, the cultural inclusion and popular culture. The first theme relates to the contribution of cinema as a way to register the memory of the Brazilian military dictatorship. The second theme deals with the issue of digital inclusion through the analysis of the migration from analogue television to the digital one. The third one brings the always present discussion between popularculture, high culture and mass culture from the perspective of the circus theater.

    As atividades nesta edição estão organizadas em três temas: a inclusão política, em particular dos jovens, na busca de sua identidade nacional; a crença numa possibilidade de exclusão digital e, por fim, a inclusão cultural e a cultura popular. O primeiro tema está relacionado à contribuição do cinema como um meio para registrar a memória da ditadura brasileira. O segundo tema trata da questão da inclusão digital a partir da análise damigração da televisão analógica para a digital. O terceiro traz a discussão sempre presente entre a cultura popular, a culturaerudita e a cultura de massa na perspectiva do circo‑teatro.
