    This research has for objective to identify the work of the physical education in the municipal schools offundamental teaching of Aracaju, starting from the new education politics regarding the inclusion proposal andconsequently of the specialized education service, for since then confirm an effectiveness of the Transition Paradigmof Special Education, for so much we will accomplish a bibliographical investigation firstly regarding theimplantation of the Specialized Education Service in Brazil since the century XIX, and we will accompany hisevolution along the history, arriving the information of as that service is demonstrated at the schools, in theclasses of Physical education in the city of Aracaju, in the current days, for then we confront with the reality,through an investigation intensive etnográfica in two schools of fundamental teaching in the city of Aracaju. Itwas concluded that schools in the city of Aracaju are not inclusive with respect to the area of physical education,and that there is no motivation for teachers and hence the school to develop an inclusive working.

    Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo identificar o trabalho da educação física nas escolas municipais de ensino fundamental de Aracaju, a partir da nova política educacional a respeito da proposta de inclusão e consequentemente do atendimento educacional especializado, para a partir de então confirmar a efetividade da transição dos Paradigmas da Educação Especial. Para tanto se realizou primeiramente uma investigação bibliográfica a respeito da implantação do Atendimento Educacional Especializado no Brasil desde o século XIX e acompanhou-se sua evolução ao longo da história, chegando às informações de como se demonstra esse tipo de atendimento nas escolas, nas aulas de educação física na cidade de Aracaju, nos dias atuais, para enfim confrontarmos com a realidade, através de uma investigação etnográfica intensiva em duas escolas de ensino fundamental na cidade de Aracaju. Conclui-se que as escolas do município de Aracaju não são inclusivas no que tange à área de educação física, e que não há motivação dos docentes e consequentemente da escola para desenvolver um trabalho de inclusão.
