Do “trabalho prático” a “aula estágio”: a Didática Geral na Faculdade Católica de Filosofia Sergipe (1954-1962)

    The present work investigates the discipline of Gene-ral Didactic course belonging to the Catholic Faculty of philosophy of Sergipe, in temporal clipping from 1954 until 1962 – deployment period and the extinction of the course −, with the goal of analyzing the knowledge transmitted at that crucial discipline in teacher training. The course of Didactics corresponded to the “+1” of the so-called “3 + 1”, in which learners studied for about three years to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree, whi-ch, added to a year of degree, to become them licensed. Template used to train teachers since 1939 and remained employed in institutions of higher education in the di-fferent locations of the country until early 1960. In that sense, we believe that this research about the General Di-dactic discipline can provide a different look about what the teachers studied in their academic formation in the mid-20th century.

    O presente trabalho investiga a disciplina de Didática Geral pertencente ao curso de Didática da Faculdade Católica de Filosofia de Sergipe, no recorte temporal de 1954 até 1962 – período de implantação e extinção do curso −, com o objetivo de analisar os saberes transmitidos naquela disciplina crucial na formação de professores. O curso de Didática correspondia ao “+1” do chamado “3+1”, no qual os discentes estudavam três anos para obter o título de bacharel, que, somado a um ano de licenciatura, os tornaria licenciados. Modelo utilizado para formar professores desde 1939 e que continuou sendo empregado em instituições de ensino superior dos diferentes locais do país até o início de 1960. Nesse sentido, pensamos que essa investigação acerca da disciplina Didática Geral pode fornecer um diferente olhar sobre o que estudavam os docentes no seu processo de formação acadêmica em meados do século XX
