    El estudio presentado tuvo como propósito generar un constructo teórico que fundamentela cultura organizacional en el marco de la responsabilidad social del docente universitario enla Universidad Nacional Experimental Rafael María Baralt. La metodología se abordó desdeun enfoque cualitativo con postura paradigmática interpretativa, sustentada en un estudiofenomenológico. La técnica de recolección de información fue la guía de entrevista.Para recoger la información se contó con el aporte de cinco informantes clave, para lainterpretación se desarrollaron las etapas de categorización, estructuración, contrastación yteorización. Entre los hallazgos o resultados se reveló la importancia de la vinculación de launiversidad con las comunidades, la sensibilidad que despierta en los actores educativos yel aprendizaje que emerge a través de la aplicación de la responsabilidad social del docenteuniversitario. Así como la necesidad de una praxis educativa universitaria orientada, más quea contenidos y posiciones academicistas, hacia procesos incluyentes de la cultura organizacionala fin de contextualizar la praxis pedagógica con responsabilidad social.

    The purpose of the study presented was to generate a theoretical construct that founds theorganizational culture in the framework of the social responsibility of the university teacherat the Universidad Nacional Experimental Rafael María Baralt. The methodology wasapproached from a qualitative approach with an interpretative paradigmatic posture, based ona phenomenological study. The data collection technique was the interview guide. To collectthe information, five key informants contributed, and for the interpretation, the stages of categorization,structuring, contrasting and theorization were developed. Among the findingsor results, the importance of linking the university with the communities, the sensitivity itawakens in the educational actors and the learning that emerges through the application of theuniversity teacher’s social responsibility was revealed. As well as the need for a universityeducational praxis oriented, more than to contents and academic positions, towards inclusiveprocesses of the organizational culture in order to contextualize the pedagogical praxis withsocial responsibility.
