    Presentamos en este artículo el proyecto que estamos realizando, y la metodología aplicada que hemos desarrollado, para el estudio de los grafitis parietales de embarcaciones en la Cataluña continental, desde época antigua hasta el mundo contemporáneo. Este corpus forma parte de una línea de investigación del Museo Marítimo de Barcelona y del Observatorio Permanente de Historia y Cultura Marítima del Mediterráneo, siendo un novedoso proyecto de investigación mediante el cual pretendemos, más allá de su estudio, revalorizar y hacer una decidida defensa de la necesidad de conservación y puesta en valor de este patrimonio.

    In this research article we present the project that we are carrying out, and the applied methodology that we have developed, for the study of the parietal graffiti of boats in the continental Cata-luña, from ancient times to the contemporary world. This corpus is part of a line of research of the Mari-time Museum of Barcelona and the Permanent Ob-servatory of Maritime History and Culture of the Med-iterranean, being a novel research project through which we try, beyond his study, to revalue and make a determined defense of the need to conserve and value this heritage.
