The present study attemts to understand the workers subjective way of relating himself to his work. The target people are operators of high technology machines. what happens to these people, emotinally, when they are exposed to psychological phenomena due to causes originating in their working environment is investigated. A way of understanding how the normal individual feels that his work organization affects him is described through an intersubjective relationship between workers and researchers, apprehended in group meetings. The target is to come to know the experience of life of workers who are surrounded by high technology. In order to do this, the application of a pattern of psychological analysis, result of some studies which provided for the adaptation of Dejours' methodology, of the psychopathology of the work to the brasilian reality has been obtained and is presented here. As an interesting result we notice that the work organization is much more hermful to the worker than the peculiarity imposed by high technology.
Artículo publicado en octubre de 1994.Este estudio busca comprender el modo subjetivo como el trabajador busca relacionarse con su trabajo. El público objetivo estuvo conformado por operadores de máquinas de tecnología avanzada. Se investigó acerca de lo que ocurre con la persona, en el ámbito emocional, cuando es expuesta a fenómenos psicológicos dependientes de causas que tienen origen en el ambiente de trabajo. Se describió una manera de apreciar cómo el individuo normal siente que la organización del trabajo lo afecta, a través de una relación intersubjetiva entre trabajadores e investigadores, basada en encuentros colectivos. El objetivo del estudio fue conocer la vivencia de los trabajadores afectados por la sofisticación tecnológica. Para el efecto se desarrolló un modelo de análisis psicológico, que resultó de estudios que adaptaron la metodología de Dejours (Dejours, 1988) a la realidad brasileña, sobre psicopatología del trabajo. Como resultado de interés se observó que la organización del trabajo es mucho más nociva para el trabajador que las condiciones impuestas por la alta tecnología.Summary The present study attemts to understand the workers subjective way of relating himself to his work.
