  El ser motivado puede conllevar a tener una mejor actitud hacia los demás, al poder cambiar desde tu persona para ser mejor y demostrar que puedes hacer lo que te propongas, ha sido una parte fundamental en los últimos tiempos para las empresas. En ese ámbito se le conoce como motivación organizacional, y se enfoca en tener motivados a sus empleados para que estos sean más eficientes y mejoren sus desempeños en las actividades que se les han asignado. El tener un ambiente donde la motivación sea parte importante, indica que la empresa se preocupa por el bienestar de los demás, con lo cual busca aumentar su competitividad a través de un mejor desempeño en su plantilla laboral. En esta investigación se describe como la motivación organizacional es pieza clave para que las empresas mejoren su desempeño y tengan un mejor rendimiento para que puedan ser más competitivas, obtengan mejores resultados, pero sobre todo para que sus empleados se sientan en un ambiente laboral estable para poder dar lo mejor de sí.

In this research it is described how organizational motivation is a key piece for companies to improve their performance and have a better performance so that they can be more competitive, obtain better results but above all so that their employees feel in a stable work environment to be able to give the best of themselves.
