    El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar la regla del cumplimiento íntegro de las penas del art. 78 del Código Penal español vigente en su relación con el principio de acumulación jurídica que consagra el art. 76 del mismo cuerpo legal para la punición del concurso real de delitos.
