Resumen de Los residuos de los sistemas de depuración de gases de las plantas de incineración de R.S.U.

Emmanuel Deweerdt

  • In order to evaluate the depuration system, it is essential to characterize the wastes that should be transported to a landfill and value the solubility risks of the toxic elements. It is introduced a complete balance of polluted substances to the three types of treatment: the incineration of urban solid wastes with a common filter, the incineration of urban solid wastes by a humid-way treatment of fumes, the incineration of urban solid wastes by a semi-dry way treatment of fumes. There has been considered the incidence of the mercury, cadmium and lead in the air, water and the waste deposited in landfills, without taking into account a possible and posterior treament that may be difficult in the case of certain wastes. This general balance shows.in case that the requirements of these judgments characterized the best adapted system, that: to certain systems, the posterior waste treatment is easier due to the quality of the initial waste, to choose a depuration system, besides the financial conditions there must be in account other judgments, particularly: levels and variation of polluted substances in the exit of the system, the quality of depuration wastes, the water consum and dumping of neutral salt water, the development to more demanding regulation.
