  El presente artículo tienen como objetivo diseñar e implementar herramientas pedagógicas que permitan a docentes intervenir dificultades relacionadas con los dispositivos básicos de aprendizaje (DBA), con un enfoque cualitativo descriptivo de tipo explicativo. Los resultados evidencian la influencia de la motivación en la escuela, puesto que se basan en abordar la competencia, que todos los estudiantes tengan la oportunidad de obtener halagos y evidenciando sus aprendizajes, esto cuando ellos debían escribir sus autoevaluaciones y con el diseño de pruebas que abordaron todas las habilidades, desde la matemática, el dibujo, colorear y asociar. De igual forma, se aplicó al diseñar actividades al alcance de todos pero que requieran esfuerzo, reflejado en actividades como las de atención de colorear, al realizar copia de los dibujos y las de agilidad mental, por lo que esto se abordó al presentar material con el cual los estudiantes se sientan a gusto e interesados por realizar. Además, se logra en la relación las retroalimentaciones, planes y sugerencias que se daba a los estudiantes para la solución de las actividades.

  The objective of this paper is to design and implement pedagogical tools that allow teachers to intervene in difficulties related to basic learning devices (DBA), with a qualitative descriptive and explanatory approach. The results show the influence of motivation at school, since they are based on addressing the competition, that all students have the opportunity to obtain compliments and showing their learning, this when they had to write their self-evaluations and with the design of tests that They addressed all skills, from math, drawing, coloring, and matching. In the same way, it was applied when designing activities available to everyone but requiring effort, reflected in  activities  such  as  those  of  attention to  coloring, when  copying  the drawings  and  those of mental agility, so this was addressed when presenting material with which students feel comfortable and interested in doing. In addition, the feedback, plans and suggestions that were given to the students for the solution of the activities are achieved in the relationship.
