Resumen de Propiedades y rentas de eclesiásticos en Mérida en la Extremadura de mediados del siglo XVIII

En este artículo estudiamos, a partir de los datos registrados en el Catastro de Ensenada para Mérida (1752), las propiedades y rentas del estamento eclesiástico, distinguiendo entre las instituciones y los clérigos individualmente considerados, comparándolos con los seglares en los distintos apartados en que hemos estructurado el estudio, y teniendo en cuenta también la participación en la propiedad en Mérida de eclesiásticos forasteros.

In this article we are going to study from the data which have been registered in Ensenadas' s Catastre for Mérida, the properties and sales of ecclesiastic stratum, distinguishing between the institutions and clergymen considered individually, comparing them with the seculars in the different sections in which we have structured this study and considering the participation in the property in Mérida of foreigner ecclesiastic people too.
