Resumen de El “double bottom line” de las microfinanzas ¿crisis epistémica?

En este trabajo pretendemos resolver algunos de las cuestiones epistémicas más determinantes que condicionan el éxito de los estudios micro financieros a través del llamado “double bottom line”. Desde su examen analítico demostraremos las carencias de un instrumento incapacitado para resolver sostenibilidad y reducción de la pobreza simultáneamente. Para ello dividimos este ensayo en dos apartados fundamentales: uno más específico acerca de la contradicción presente y otro donde podamos explicar las razones que llevan a pensar las microfinanzas desde un reduccionismo gnoseológico sin precedentes. Concluiremos como desde un enfoque experimental no es posible resolver la contradicción inherente del sistema micro-financiero que queda definitivamente constreñido por una realidad que le sobrepasa.

In this paper we attempt to resolve some of the most relevant epistemologicalissues that affect the success of microfinance studies throughout the so-called“double bottom line”. From an analytical review it will be proved such microfinance´s shortcomings in order to gather simultaneously sustainability and poverty reduction.To that end this essay will be divided in two main sections: the first one related to this current contradiction and one other about the epistemological reductionism in which microfinance is involved.
