The migration subsystem between the Northern Triangle of Central America, Mexico and the United States is made up of a set of relationships in which the humanitarian is a necessary resource for the defense and protection of the human rights of irregular migrants in transit through Mexico. So it is relevant to understand from the discipline of International Relations the link between migration and humanitarian, as well as to know its limits in a deeply politicized context dominated by the United States.
