Resumen de Los derechos de las víctimas en el marco del proceso de negociación entre el gobierno colombiano y los grupos paramilitares, 2002-2007
A partir de una mirada a los cambios que el proceso de globalización ha generado en el debate sobre los contenidos de los derechos humanos en el siglo XXI, especialmente con el surgimiento de mecanismos de Justicia Transicional, el artículo realiza una reflexión en torno a la forma como se están cumpliendo los derechos a la verdad, la justicia y la reparación integral de las víctimas en el proceso de paz entre los grupos paramilitares y el gobierno nacional.Palabras Clave: Justicia Transicional, Ley de Justicia y Paz, Reparación, Derechos humanos, Paramilitarismo, Víctimas.
