    El propósito de este escrito es mostrar la importancia del análisis financiero en la propiedad horizontal Puerto Luna, útil para la toma de decisiones y la adecuada gestión organizacional, pues permitirá interpretar la funcionalidad del capital circulante y brindará un concepto del estado actual de la propiedad horizontal. El análisis e interpretación de la información contable es importante en la toma de decisiones puesto que permite proyectar estrategias a posibles problemas o aprovechar circunstancias positivas a los administradores. La situación cambiante que enfrentamos en la actualidad ha exigido a los gerentes un mayor compromiso con los recursos que controlan buscando cumplir el objetivo financiero a cabalidad, por tanto se presentará el análisis del ciclo operativo de la propiedad horizontal Puerto Luna. La metodología es de carácter documental, descriptivo y cuantitativo con base en la información financiera suministrada por la administración por fuentes primarias y secundarias.

    The purpose of the paper is to show the importance of financial analysis in the Puerto Luna horizontal property, useful for decision making and proper organizational management, as it will allow interpreting the functionality of working capital and provide a concept of the current state of horizontal property. The analysis and interpretation of accounting information is important today in decision making since it allows to project strategies to possible problems or take advantage of positive circumstances to the administrators. The changing situation that we face today has required managers to be more committed to the resources they control in order to fully comply with the financial objective, so the analysis of the operational cycle of the Puerto Luna horizontal property will be presented. The methodology is documentary, descriptive and quantitative based on the financial information provided by the administration by primary and secondary sources.
