Resumen de Derechos fundamentales en la sociedad digital: la escasa reclamación entre particulares del derecho al hono

El presente trabajo aborda la vigencia de los derechos fundamentales en la era digital, particularmente, del derecho al honor, analizando las acciones legales que los ciudadanos emprenden. En particular, trata la protección legal del derecho consagrado en el artículo 18 de la Constitución española, cuantificando las reclamaciones interpuestas entre particulares, que tienen como objeto principal este derecho, identificando, asimismo, las diferentes vías de reclamación. A tal fin, se ha procedido al oportuno trabajo bibliográfico junto al cual, se han realizado entrevistas en profundidad con juristas de reconocido prestigio. Se concluye la necesidad de una administración de justicia acorde a la era digital

The main objective of this research is to address the currency of human rights to the digital era, particularly, the right to honour. This work analyses legal actions that citizens do take among each other. More specifically, it will be approached the legal protection of the right to honour, there will be quantified legal actions among private individuals that reclaim this right, identifying different complaint procedures. To achieve all these objectives, it has been conducted a bibliographic work (readings of papers, sentences and articles) and four interviews with reputable jurists of this area.
Thanks to that, it can be concluded the necessity of a public administration fitted to the digital era
