La dignidad humana constituye el fundamento de los Derechos Humanos, de acuerdo con la Carta de Derechos Fundamentales de la Unión Europea y la mejor doctrina constitucional, en la que se sitúan la Ley Fundamental de Bonn y el artículo 10.1 de la Constitución española. Es un concepto etéreo, que pretende ser ahora aplicado a una Sociedad Digital intangible y global, siendo objeto de este trabajo analizar las implicaciones de la protección de la dignidad humana en línea y su impacto en la moderación de contenidos a la luz de la nueva propuesta legislativa europea.

Human dignity constitutes the foundation of Human Rights, in accordance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the best constitutional doctrine, in which the Bonn Fundamental Law and article 10.1 of the Spanish.
