  La siguiente investigación tiene el propósito de analizar las consideraciones filosóficas ante la pena de muerte del pensador Albert Camus; toda vez que se trata de la repetición del crimen que comete una absurda sociedad que minusvalora y degrada la condición humana. Es un estudio bibliográfico de carácter diacrónico, desde el enfoque racionalista deductivo. En tanto, se deroga el fin de la vida por ser práctica injusta; se insiste en la disposición que permite atender las pasiones y enajenaciones que impulsan los delitos. Se concluye que las sociedades solidarias son capaces de humanizar la existencia común al mostrar la compasión que consiente reivindicar la humanidad; desde esta enunciación, subvertir la degradación como constante social por la formación de coexistencias éticamente responsables.

  The following investigation has the purpose of analyzing the philosophical considerations before the death penalty of the thinker Albert Camus; since it is the repetition of the crime committed by an absurd society that underestimates and degrades the human condition. It is a bibliographical study of a diachronic nature, from the deductive rationalist approach. Meanwhile, the end of life is repealed as an unfair practice; insists on the disposition that allows attending to the passions and alienations that impel the crimes. It is concluded that solidarity societies are capable of humanizing the common existence by showing the compassion that consents to claim humanity; From this enunciation, to subvert degradation as a social constant through the formation of ethically responsible coexistence.
