  • This study aims to implement a semi-parametric approach in dairy cattle within the context of genome-wide prediction. The Reproducing Kernel Hilbert Spaces Regression model with the genomic matrix as kernel seems to perform properly when inferring direct genomic values in seven phenotypic traits.
