• This paper aims to analyze the Juvenile Justice System in Andalusia in the years of performance, since the proclamation of the LORPM, from a dual perspective. On the one hand, a review of the specialized empirical literature that has been generated over the years will be given and on the other hand, an analysis from a programs and resources for intervention perspective, which are introduced in this community, will be shown.
