Nowadays there are several applications of different educational and treatment programs for juvenile delinquents, which show different levels of effectiveness. Thus, the main purpose of this paper is to evaluate the educational elements and other factors, which might be relevant for reducing the risk of recidivism and promoting the social reintegration of these adolescents. For this, two main sources of information were used for this study: in first place, the analysis of international and national research results about the effectiveness of juvenile delinquents programs. and in second place, the empiric reality of various areas of compliance of court orders applied to juvenile delinquents in Spain were explored. "Will enable to evaluate to what degree the factors for success in interventions, suggested by this research, are being taken into account".
