  En la comunicación visual, el signo ocupa un valor importante y es fundamental a la hora de facilitar el entendimiento entre las personas de forma universal, rápida y cómoda. Junto a estos aspectos, es importante destacar la importancia del signo en sí mismo.

  Por otra parte, todo proyecto produce una transformación del lugar donde se ubica en mayor o menor medida e, irremediablemente, va a condicionar la evolución futura del mismo interviniendo diversos factores como pueden ser la complejidad del proyecto y la superposición de valores y funciones en el espacio y en el tiempo.

  De esta forma, podemos comprender como el propio proyecto presiona el desarrollo urbano y, en consecuencia, la extensión de la mancha pudiendo hacer extensible esta reflexión al ámbito interurbano.

  In the visual communication, the sign occupies an important value and is fundamental at the moment of facilitating the understanding between the persons of universal, rapid and comfortable form. Close to these aspects, it is important to emphasize the importance of the sign.

  Any project produces a local transformation where it is located in major or minor measurement and, irremediably, it is going to determine the future evolution of the same one controlling diverse factors as like it can be the complexity of the project and the overlapping of values and functions in the space and in the time.

  Of this form, we can understand as the own project presses the urban development and, consequently, the extension of the spot being able to make this reflection to the interurban scope tensile.
