    Este artículo nace con el propósito de mostrar la experiencia de Radio Tv Guangaje, la influencia de su página de Facebook, la importancia de los contenidos interculturales para los migrantes de la parroquia Guangaje, cantón Pujilí, provincia de Cotopaxi, Ecuador y, finalmente, la intervención de un gobierno local en la ejecución de un medio de comunicación para crear vínculos entre lo rural y lo urbano. En relación con lo anterior, se aplica la metodología mixta con la técnica de historias de vida; también se recopila un análisis estadístico a través de una encuesta en línea. Los resultados muestran que este medio digital alternativo ayuda a fortalecer la identidad cultural de los migrantes, pues, mediante la transmisión de su programación se sienten identificados y se trasladan virtualmente a sus raíces, principalmente por el uso de su lengua materna y contenidos propios de la zona, generando una comunicación interpersonal entre los migrantes y los habitantes.

    This article was born with the purpose of showing the experience of Radio Tv Guangaje, the influence of its Facebook page, the importance of intercultural content for migrants from the Guangaje parish, Pujilí canton, Cotopaxi province, Ecuador and, finally, the intervention of a local government in the execution of a means of communication to create links between the rural and the urban. In relation to the above, the mixed methodology is applied with the technique of life stories and a statistical analysis is also compiled through an online survey. The results show that this alternative digital medium helps to strengthen the cultural identity of migrants because, through the transmission of its programming, they feel identified and virtually move to their roots, mainly through the use of their mother tongue and their own content. of the area, generating an interpersonal communication between the migrants and the inhabitants.
