Resumen de El régimen del matrimonio y familia en el derecho agrario

Se hace un breve análisis de la aplicación de las disposiciones legales del matrimonio y la familia en materia agraria. Se trata de disposiciones especiales donde aplica de manera supletoria el Código Civil Federal, con fundamento en el artículo 2 de la ley Agraria; sin embargo, dicha supletoriedad no es suficiente para resolver algunos supuestos en materia agraria en lo relativo al matrimonio y a la familia. Así, en relación al matrimonio, se analizan los derechos y obligaciones entre cónyuges, su régimen patrimonial, las donaciones antenupciales y entre consortes, las causales de nulidad e ilicitud y el divorcio. En cuanto a la familia, se analiza el tema de alimentos, patria potestad, tutela, ausencia de consortes y administración de bienes y el patrimonio familiar.

One becomes a brief analysis of the application of the legal dispositions of marriage and family in agrarian matter. One is special dispositions where it applies of auxiliary way the Federal Civil Code, with base in article 2 of the Agrarian Law, nevertheless, this auxiliary is not sufficient to solve some assumptions in agrarian matter in the matter of marriage and family. Therefore, in relation to the marriage, the rights and obligations between spouses, their patrimonial regime, the donations, causal of invalidity and the illegality and the divorce are analyzed. In relation to the family; one analyzes the food subject, mother country power, trusteeship, absence of consortes and administration o (goods and the familiar patrimony.
