  • Air pollution and waste water effluents in industrial areas are one of the most important environmental problems in the Atlantic Coast of Galicia (Spain). Xunta de Galicia environment department have promulgated in 1996 the pollution air tax law, which charge NOx and SOx emissions in industrial focus, and the sanifyzing canon, which charge the waste water effluents pouring. This paper describes the regulation about these environment taxes.
