The primary care physician must know the patient in a global context that includes the socio-economic, personal, family and work sphere. It is the first contact of a comprehensive, equal and continuous health care. It is therefore the most accessible environment for the patient. Therefore, the reasoning of a correct differential diagnosis is of the utmost importance to avoid reaching a wrong diagnosis, depriving the patient of a correct therapeutic procedure.
At present, this whole process is at risk, due to the prolonged saturation of the first level of care, due to situations with lack of personnel, and the excess of consultations per day.
