  Este estudio tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis bibliométrico de la importancia de la educación en sostenibilidad en las universidades de turismo. Por lo tanto, el objetivo principal es identificar los estudios publicados más relevantes en esta área y las últimas tendencias de investigación en la base de datos Scopus. Como resultado, analizamos la productividad de los autores, revistas y regiones geográficas más prolíficos.   This study aims to carry out a bibliometric analysis of the importance of sustainability education in tourism universities. Therefore, the main purpose is to identify the most relevant published studies in this area and the latest research trends in the Scopus database. As a result, we analysed the productivity of the most prolific authors, journals and geographical regions. Finally, analyses of co-author networks and keyword co-occurrences have been carried out.
