Agenda 2030 e Direitos Humanos: Análise da literatura iberoamericana publicada em Ciência da Informação

    La Agenda 2030 de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) presenta 17 objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) susceptibles de ser utilizados como marco teórico en la investigación científica. En este sentido, el problema de la presente investigación es el siguiente: ¿existe un corpus publicado en portugués o español en el área de la Biblioteconomía y Documentación, con mención explícita a los derechos humanos, que pueda ser utilizado como referente teórico y fundamento para futuras investigaciones alineadas con al menos uno de los 17 ODS propuestos por la ONU en la Agenda 2030? Para dar respuesta a este problema, se realizó una búsqueda en la base de datos especializada Library and Information Science Abstracts (LISA) con el fin de analizar y categorizar las obras recuperadas con base metodológica en Bardin. Los resultados muestran que tras la publicación de los ODS hubo un aumento significativo de publicaciones científicas sobre desarrollo sostenible en consonancia con los derechos humanos y que el ODS número 16, “Paz justicia e instituciones sólidas”, es aquel con un mayor número incidencias en los trabajos analizados. Se concluye que existe un corpus de investigación sobre el desarrollo sostenible en la Biblioteconomía y Documentación que reconoce su importancia y puede fundamentar futuras investigaciones que traten directamente con algunas de los ODS.

    The 2030 Agenda of the United Nations (UN) presents 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) that can be used as a theoretical framework in scientific research. In this sense, our research question is as follows: is there a corpus of published literature in Portuguese or Spanish in the area of Library and Information Science and with an explicit mention to human rights that can be used as a theoretical reference and basis for future research onat least one of the 17 SDGs proposed by the UN in the 2030 Agenda? To answer this question, we conducted a search in the specialized database Library and Information Science Abstracts (LISA) and then analyzed and categorized the retrieved documents using a methodology based on Bardin. The results show that after the publication of the SDGs there was a significant increase in scientific publications on sustainable development in line with human rights. SDG number 16, “Promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies” is the one with the highest number works on human rights. We conclude that there is a corpus of research on sustainable development in Library and Information Science that recognizes its importance and can be used as a background for future research dealing with any of the SDGs.
