The composting is a valid system of treatment of organic waste at the present time in order to try important quantities of material, but precise statements of an effective control, besides a careful selection of the materials that they treat each other; this justifies the search of methods of simple and economical control, that, to their time, they could contribute a precise and interpretable information.
