• The waste administration is one of the biggest daily problems that the local authorities have to face, so much in the industrialized countries already like in those that are industrializing and have an economy based on the agriculture still. This problem that wakes up great concern in the occidental societies, has made that, during the two last decades, new technologies, guided to improve the administration of all type of waste, have been investigated and developed constantly.
