• The cogeneration of electric power in special regimen, to the help of the new juridical applicable frame, supposes some clear energy advantages that are translated in an environmental improvement in the group of the energy cycle. Nevertheless, this production demands a systematic control of the most significant environmental looks in their operation, with object of assuring the operation to complete the legal applicable dispositions strictly. The article presents an analysis of the environmental implications of the operation of a Central of cogeneration and their control.
