Resumen de La nueva normalidad posCOVID-19 para el turista en el transporte aéreo de Veracruz

En el presente estudio se identificaron las medidas sanitarias que recibió el turista en el transporte aéreo mexicano ante la nueva normalidad posCOVID-19 en el aeropuerto internacional general Heriberto Jara, del estado de Veracruz. Se realizó un trabajo de observación participativa y documentación fotográfica, que permitió visualizar las ac-ciones dispuestas por el gobierno federal para mitigar el riesgo de contagio y garantizar la salud del pasajero, ante la pandemia global COVID-19 declarada en marzo 2020, que ocasionó que diferentes países cerraran sus fronteras para frenar el contagio. Los viajes no esenciales se suspendieron y el turismo fue catalogado como actividad no esencial, paralizando el tráfico aéreo. Se concluye que las medidas sanitarias que se implementaron ante la nueva normalidad en el aeropuerto internacional general Heriberto Jara fueron positivas, y brindaron al turista esa seguridad y confianza al momento de viajar, garantizando una experiencia segura durante su trayecto. De igual manera, se apostó al turismo doméstico ante el cierre de fronteras para apoyar la reactivación económica gradual

The present study identified the sanitary measures received by tourists in mexican air transportation in the face of the new post-COVID-19 normality at the General Heriberto Jara International Airport in the state of Veracruz. A work of participative observation and photographic documentation was carried out to visualize the actions taken by the federal government to mitigate the risk of contagion and guarantee passenger health in the face of the global pandemic COVID-19 declared in March 2020, which caused different countries to close their borders to curb the contagion. Non-essential travel was suspended and tourism was classified as a non-essential activity, paralyzing air traffic. It is concluded that the sanitary measures implemented in view of the new normality at General Heriberto Jara International Airport were positive and provided tourists with security and confidence when traveling, guaranteeing a safe experience during their jour-ney. Similarly, domestic tourism was encouraged in view of the closing of the borders to support the gradual economic reactivation
