    Tema central en el ejercicio profesional es la responsabilidad civil del abogado para lo cual hemos partido de los antecedentes de esta profesión en las diferentes épocasde Roma. También se verán las normas aplicables a la responsabilidad civil de lasprofesiones en el romanista Código Civil de Vélez. Por último, las novedades del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación (CCCN), en lo concerniente a la responsabilidad civil,y en particular, a la responsabilidad de las profesiones liberales serán la última escala.

    Central issue in professional practice is the civil liability of the lawyer for which we have started from the background of this profession in the different periods of Rome. The rules applicable to the civil liability of the professions in the Romanist Civil Code of Vélez will also be seen.
