    La era digital ha traído consigo retos significativos para el Derecho Internacional. La presente relatoría describe la labor que ha realizado el Comité Jurídico Interamericano de la Organización de los Estados Americanos para hacer frente a los desafíos en materia de privacidad y protección de datos personales así como a aquéllos derivados de las operaciones cibernéticas interestatales. La Relatora del Comité para ambos temas describe ambas temáticas a la luz de su experiencia profesional y personal como Miembro de ese órgano interamericano.

    The digital era has brought along significant challenges when it comes to International Law. This report describes the work carried out by OAS's Inter-American Juridical Committee to face the challenges in connection with privacy and personal data protection as well as the challenges derived from inter-state cyber operations. The Committee's Rapporteur on both subjects describes them in light of her professional ans personal experience as Member of such Inter-American body.
